Worst service ever.I booked a home visit for my cat suffering with kidney disease. The service was blood sample collection and two injections. They assigned a vet quickly but when the vet called me right before the visit he told me that injections were not available and he will call back once he checks with a few more pharmacies. His call never came and after waiting for the entire evening I cancelled the order next morning. When I called their customer care representative to check cancellation status and provide my feedback, he was rude and told me that he was having lunch and would call back once he is done 😕! These people have zero compassion towards patient animals and are extremely unresponsive.My sick cats life saving injections got delayed due to Monkoodog. I’d advise pet parents never to book any services from them.
Truly, they provide very good service and always have vaccination cards on time and Dr. Rahul is the vet for my Brownie who is always available on time and 24 hours a day nd alwyss do care of Browniee's prblm.every pet parents should try this service of mokoodog .🌟

I always call for my next vaccination and also the staff is lacking the information about the services which they provide. my last session was good with 💗🐈⬛Dr. Eteet. I'm from Surat, Gujarat. I seen ads on instagram then j book training demo session for my dog. I paid by Monkoodog's app Bt due to location there services is not available so I'm calling them for my refund. The team is very supportive nd they give me my money back . Thank you so much.
The service quality is pathetic. Once you buy the package, u need to chase them to provide the services. Everytime they will give you some or the other excuses. I don't recommend them
